An incredibly important value for sure. I heard today in a message that “our distractions become our addictions”. I feel that one of the most incredibly important tasks we have is to monitor and manage our mindset and to be disciplined in our actions. If we don’t take charge of our lives and our time, years pass and we wonder why nothing has changed. If it is to be… it is up to me.
