Attendance Policy

I understand and acknowledge that the Foundations course is a 7 week program with classes that consecutively build on each other. Only one missed class can be excused, and after two missed classes you may be asked to retake the class at a later date.

Mental Health

Because of the nature of the class and the potential for sensitive subjects to be discussed, it is important for us to know if you are taking medications and/or seeing a mental health professional. Your wellness is important to us and we would like to schedule a quick 10 min call to make sure that the Foundations 7 week course is a good fit for you.
